About the event
📚This is a brand new bookbinding workshop with the experienced and talented, Susan Watkins.
Susan is a journal maker and bookbinder with considerable experience. In this intimate class (maximum 8 students) Susan will guide you through the basics of bookbinding.
During the 3-hour workshop, you'll learn:
📚Basic materials
📚Paper pressing
📚Paper stitch
📚Finishing techniques
You'll leave with a good understanding and confidence in basic bookbinding, and at least two competent and useable notebooks.
All materials will be provided for use on the day.
£18 per person.
