About the event
Discover your inner artist with a Monoprint Workshop run by Georgia from Patience Gallery. This 2.5 hour workshop is perfect for all artistic abilities. No prior experience is necessary – our warm and welcoming environment is designed to put beginners at ease.
Begin by choosing a reference image from a selection that we provide, which will be your starting point for your drawing. You are also welcome to bring your own image, no bigger than A4 size. As a beginner friendly workshop, you will then practice valuable skills such as line drawing and mark-making techniques, through tracing, allowing you to capture the essence of your subject on paper. Afterward, watch your drawing come to life as you use monoprinting techniques. Not only will you leave our workshop with new skills, but you'll also have a stunning handmade print to proudly display in your home.
