About the event
We've all heard that journalling is good for our mental health but no one ever tells us what to write. What do we focus on? Where do we start when faced with a blank page? This workshop covers why journalling matters and the neuroscience behind it. We'll examine some of the blockers and hurdles we experience with journalling and how to overcome them and explore different journalling styles and options. We will then connect with the nature around us and welcome the season of Spring to our pages. There will be prompts, activities and inspiration to provide an abundance of ideas for getting the words in your heart onto the page. There will also be plenty of time for Q&A.
Please note that your words are between you and your pages, you will not be asked to share any of your journalling with the group. All you need to bring is something to write on (e.g. your journal or a notepad) and a pen or pencil.
