About The Gifts of Winter:
Discover the hidden gifts of winter with clinical psychologist Dr Stephanie Fitzgerald’s life-changing guide to reclaiming our most unappreciated season.
Winter can be a magical, restorative season; an opportunity to slow down and re-energise for the year ahead. But to benefit, we need to embrace winter, rather than pretend it’s not happening.
Part contemplative, part practical, this beautiful book shows how to lean into this period of rest and reflection and unlock the healing powers of the slower months so your body and brain can thrive. With the right tools and mindset, you’ll come to see winter in a whole new, positive light.
